- All competitions, with the exception of the "Dave Fox", "Andy Sliwa", "Ladies" and “Veterans” competitions, will be conventional scoring. The Dave Fox, Andy Sliwa, Ladies and Veterans Comps are handicap competitions and are played using American scoring. Handicaps will be posted separately.
- Handicap Comps:

- Anyone unable to make a prescribed date or time will be responsible for re-arranging the match with their opponent. RE-ARRANGED MATCHES MUST BE PLAYED BY NO LATER THAN THE DUE DATE FOR THAT ROUND. Please make any re-arrangements as well in advance as possible so that courts can be freed up for others.
- Anyone failing to turn up for an arranged or re-arranged match without prior notice to their opponent may have to forfeit the match; the discretion will lay with their opponent. It is in best spirit of the competitions, and the club, that claiming a walk over should hopefully be avoidable; please try to be flexible and understanding.
